Your Monthly Meditation…

Here you will find our monthly meditation, hosted by me, Ian.

Recorded by myself every month, each meditation will be between 10 and 20 minutes long and will focus on a specific area such as sleep, meta, motivation, perhaps to deal with stress or anxiety, help gain clarity, induce calm or indeed manage overwhelm and fatigue.

Meditations will vary depending on my journey, my experience and equally that of the community. I positively encourage you to let me know if there is something you’d like to see, a format you may wish this to take, or something you feel you may need help with that could benefit from a few moments of mindful breathing.

In the first week of each month the meditation will automatically be updated here for you to access, then available in the archive library where they will remain for whenever you may need them.

Meditation is a process of lightening up, of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realising that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have.

We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.
