Get started with meditation in just 5 days!

Meditation can be daunting, we get it.

It can be something that one might think is only done with candles, a collection of cushions and burning incense sticks, but this isn’t true! Meditation is something accessible to everyone and which holds great benefits, plus which can be easily incorporated in to your daily routine. Before you know it you’ll be meditating on the bus to work.

This is a guide for absolute beginners and those who have tried it before, but not been able to make it stick.

The trick to creating and sustaining a helpful meditation habit is understanding the answer to these 5 questions…

1) WHY? To decrease the amount of time you live on autopilot and increase your awareness of and ability to live in the present and respond to people and circumstances in a way that serves you best.

2) WHO? You. Yes, you. Meditation is available to everyone. Eliminate the artificial barriers to a helpful practice.

3) WHAT? A simple and easy set of short guided meditations that introduce you gently to the practice so you can start off on the right footing.

4) HOW? Listen to the five minute recordings and join me – I’ll show you how. Let’s work together to create a sustainable habit.

5) WHEN? Any time. Meditation can serve you at any time and in any circumstances. Yes, we want to create a daily habit, but we also want to create a useful tool you can call upon any time.

We will help you lay this foundation over 5 days if you just give us 5 mins each day. This is your opportunity to shed the frustration of being the person who would like to meditate, but believes they can’t. You can – it’s so much easier than you think.
